En inglés NO decimos "tengo" años. Decimos "soy viejo" (I am).

A: How old are you?
(¿Cuántos años tienes?)

B: I am 35 years old.
(Tengo 35 años.)

💵 Prices (Precios)

Combina lo que aprendiste de objetos (Lesson 4) con números.

A: How much is this backpack?
(¿Cuánto cuesta esta mochila?)

B: It is 48 dollars.
(Cuesta 48 dólares.)

Practice Time: Ask 3 classmates: "How old are you?" and invent a price for your notebook: "How much is this notebook?"

Use additions (+), subtractions (-), and multiplications (x).
  1. Get into two or three groups.
  2. Each student thinks of 2 additions, 2 subtractions, and 2 multiplications.
  3. Ask your operations to another group in English.
  4. The winner is the group that answers the operations faster!
👩‍🏫 Teacher Note (End of Class): To wrap up, ask the students to say the numbers from 1 to 100 one more time together. It’s your decision if they count by ones, twos, tens, etc. Let them celebrate reaching 100! 🎉
