Many people these days are interested only in themselves. Many adults spend their time working very hard in order to get money and have better lives. They are so focused on making money that they forget that the most important part of their lives is their family.

Many children spend hours watching TV or playing video games. They rarely spend quality time with their parents, and even when their parents are at home, they don’t communicate with each other effectively.

People are driving more recklessly, crashing their cars and causing accidents at higher rates. Some people get violent when a security guard tells them to open their bags. Many teenagers show aggressive conduct, and we see weird things that people have been doing these days.

We’re all stressed out

One likely explanation for this bad behavior is the rage, frustration, and stress coursing through society right now. When a business professor collected data on why people behave rudely, the No. 1 reason by far was feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

The pandemic created a lot of “high-stress” situations, and now everyone is teetering slightly closer to their breaking point. Someone who may have lost a job or a loved one might be pushed over the edge by a simple request.
