Might, Could & Extreme Conditions

Meteorologists are never 100% sure. To express future possibility, we use MIGHT or COULD.
"Good morning, citizens! Here is your weather report for today.
In the North of the country, it is currently freezing. A massive blizzard is approaching, and temperatures could drop below zero tonight. Please stay indoors.
In the East, grab your umbrellas because it is going to rain all day long. We have a severe thunderstorm warning, and heavy rains might cause some local floods by the afternoon.
If you live in the West or the Middle of the country, expect overcast skies and a light drizzle. It might be a little depressing, but it's not dangerous.
However, the absolute best weather today is down in the South! They are experiencing clear skies and sunshine. It could be the perfect day for the beach down there, completely escaping this terrible storm system.
